Crown Relocations - Auckland

I regret the day I contacted crown to move and store our belongings gathered over 50 years of marriage. Not only the way you treated us as elderly people of nearly 80 years but damage to our assets listed as valuable, loss of two items, new fridge/freezer badly dented, you delivered an item not ours. Your words, sorry this happens. Never again will you be trusted by us. Shame on you. Edit. What a joke. Empty promise. "We will refer your response to senior management" Nothing happened. I read through some reviews as from Cindy Lee, Jonathan Baker and Mathieu Cotonne. They were also promised "referred to management" I feel for you guys. Glad you are out of my life crown. 4/5/2023. Unbelieve-able. After this empty promise nothing has happened. do you think elderly people are idiots? To me it remain a joke. And you have the "decency" to wish me all the best for the future. Another joke. hahaha

Auckland team fantastic. Nathan and John worked do hard unpacking the truck and handled our possessions with care. Both stayed late helping assemble the our standing desk and unwrap some gear. Nathan very helpful with taking photos of furniture damaged by being left in rain during Wellington packing.

Absolutely outstanding team! I moved from the South Island to Auckland and the whole process was easy and stress free. The delivery team was professional, friendly and incredibly efficient. I had excellent communication with them every step of the way, overall a brilliant experience that I would highly reccomend!

The Crown Relocations team were so easy to deal with. They were fast at getting back to me with a quote. I wasnt able to be there when they picked up my boxes but their regular contact both prior to pick and prior to delivery made it so smooth I knew what was happening when and didnt even need to be there. Shout out also to Sandie who proactively kept me posted along the way with regular phone and email updates. Thank you!
