        I cant speak highly enough for this doctor's surgery, A1 care...my whole family is here and we have had nothing but incredible service..thank you

        We were't able to book by phone after multiple attempts (no answer). We booked about 4 days in advance online (in desperation). They rang 3 hours before hand saying their online system had not allowed enough time for the appointment. We arrived 30 minutes early. We did not get to see the doctor till 50 minutes after our appointed time. The issue seems simple - they are too busy and booking in more jobs than they can handle. They need to review their booking policy. The staff were friendly and apologetic. Parking was easy. There was background music playing white helped pass the time.
