We bought a new violin Endeavor Alumnus from this shop in 2021. The violin is of very high quality and has a beautiful sound. The seller was very friendly and helpful. Since then, my violin has been working perfectly and I am very happy with it.

Phil is a very friendly and kind man who I can see is very passionate about his work and takes pride in his craft. My daughter bought a new 3/4 violin recently and as with some new violins, a few issues arose that needed adjustment. Phil was very patient with us parents who are not musicians to explain the issues and helped to put it right. We came to this place due to the high reputation and high rating even though we have to travel over half an hour by car to get there across harbour bridge, but the couple of extra trips made to fix issues were still worth the effort with the beautiful violin that my daughter enjoys playing with. She is now playing toward her grade 6 and she is loving the new violin.

Our old 1991 skylark violin has a new life when it has new strings and bow. Thank you! Its the best Xmas gift for our beloved girl. It used to be my husbands violin and its going to accompany my girl to many years of her violin learning journey ahead!
