Davinia is hugely knowledgable on all aspects of nutrition and was lovely to work with. She gave really practical and balanced advice and ideas that could easily be implemented into my everyday routine. I would definitely recommend her to anyone interested in prioritising their health.

I was going in the wrong direction with my nutrition and weight. A friend suggested I contact a nutritionist. I looked on-line and found Davinia, and her pragmatic and helpful approach was just what I needed. In eight months, I have lost 10 kgs, through eating in a way that supports my age and nutritional needs. Davinia has a lovely approach and her knowledge on nutritional advice is excellent.

Thank you so much Davinia. By far the best and most useful nutrition advice I have ever had. I wish I'd had this 15 years ago!! It was really good to talk about the problems I was having and you specifically address them. I realised I had good nutritional knowledge but you taught me how to implement it in an easy way that fits into our lifestyle and isn't onerous. I realised I don't need to be perfect and as long as I'm smashing the protein and lots of vegies...the weight is coming off without trying too hard which is amazing. I made a conscious effort that I was going to focus on getting myself healthy eating and the weightloss would be an added bonus rather than the motivation. And my tastebuds are so different. Im loving vegies!

Davinia is amazing. Her knowledge on all things health and nutrition is truly eye opening and inspired me to want to do better and change my attitude and behavior towards food! Her approach is pragmatic, and the programme builds as the weeks go on. The fortnightly check ins were spot on!
