I went to see Paul at my wits end with a wart that was affecting my childs toe and her walking. My doctors didnt want to know about it after it didnt go away from 7 rounds of liquid nitrogen that just was not working I booked an appointment with Paul to see if they had any ideas that could help me. Paul was amazing and actually listen to my concerns. He ended up given us a few options of what we can do next and suggested first trying a simple solution of a cream he gets in from Germany. Well what a difference the cream worked wonders and it was all cleared up within a week or two, and my kid was so happier... He gave us extra service by following up with us every few weeks and make sure that it had completely gone!! Paul gave us outstanding service and advice, so I would totally recommend his services

Paul did a wonderful job of alleviating the pain of an ingrown toenail for my younger sister. He communicated extremely well the procedure and ensured my sister was comfortable and in no pain throughout the whole durations of it. Paul thoroughly explained the after care required to ensure we fully understood how to do this. In addition, the facilities were excellent, modern and clean. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paul as he did an awesome job.

Bays Podiatry didnt help my condition, which is peripheral neuropathy. I appreciate that its probably outside podiatrys purview, but I was unimpressed when I asked Paul if I had toenail fungus and got the reply, thats the least of your worries and no suggestions as to how I could eradicate it. Not impressed and will not return.

Paul is amazing and helped my daughter correct her step with orthotics recommended shoes with the right support. Paul is friendly, professional, an expert in his field and very helpful. Thank you.
