He is always there to pick up his phone and a great guy to deal with - his communication skills are outstanding - and is always accommodating. Ive owned rentals since 2003 and initially managed them myself. Ive been using Lara since 2014 and cant recommend her highly enough. I get better quality long-term tenants who pay current market rent and the properties are better maintained. With increasing compliance, Id rather have experts looking after my investments - I wish Id done it sooner.
