        Certainly cannot recommend this business. I had a poor experience with agents Ming and Karmen last week. From my perspective, agents failed to provide accurate information regarding a listing I was interested in. Further, they have presented me an incorrect S&P Agreement for a conditional offer -which I signed just to figure out on the following day that particular instrument was useless. In sum, a complete waste of my time.
