Fantastic agent. Tracy is a great agent. She is fantastic at guiding you on the best way to come to market. Eg: should I move the tenants out? Should I stage the property? What month is best to sell? She is a great ally when it comes to selling and she is with you every step of the way. I definitely recommend her and would use her services again. Thanks Tracy
