Dedicated, perseverant, communicative, honest and gets the job done! Amit worked very hard on the sale of our property in quite a difficult market. He remained focused on the end objective and pushed as hard as he could to get the sale done for the best price we could get. He ensured viewings were done at the ideal time and private viewings were available. His communication skills I think are some of the best in the industry and really helps him stand out. He's prompt, thorough and kept me informed with every progress update which also made me feel good knowing that he was chasing down buyers too and actively working daily on the property to get it sold. He worked hard once offers were made to push for multi-offers and for trying to get the best offers possible. He is also humble, honest and kind which are skills not often seen in this industry but made him an absolute pleasure to deal with. He completed a thorough market summary weekly which ensured I knew what had happened at the viewings and what different prospective buyers were thinking including pricing estimates.
