I had a really disappointing experience with this company. The mis-communication from staff meant that a pair of squash shoes I bought from them (which were too small) got lost in the post when I returned them. I had to pay the postage both ways, and though I sent them back to the sender address on the package, they later told me they have another return address - which I was supposed to use (but was never told). This lack of communication meant I ended up losing close to $200 for a pair of shoes that I never got to use - and no apology or follow up from the staff. Im sharing this so that others are aware.
