got a quote online 185/70R14 LAUFENN LH41 $140.00 185/70R14 GOPRO ENTRO CS1 $135.00 Price per tyre, fitted, balanced, valve, disposal and GST included agreed the price for Laufenn, was told to call the browns bay branch to check stock. Called the branch, greed the same price and the stock and booked a time for the next day. sent my wife down with a print out of the quote as I was at work. Was charged the price of the Laufenns but was fitted go pros. My Wife assumed they had fitted what was quoted and asked for. I only noticed days later when I happend to catch a glance at the brand on the tyre. So I paid the price promised but didnt get the product promised. Even though the price difference was only $20, If the product I wanted wasnt in stock then I should have been charged for what was fitted, not what was quoted. My takeaway from this......the company, or this specific branch is not trustworthy. March 2023
