        I was stuck in Birkenhead, after the city downtown carpark closed and I couldn't get my car back, so we went to my friends family house until the bus station opened very early. I went to them, without a Hop card and I am SO, so grateful for the staff here, who gave me a ride to the city centre and were also very efficient and compassionate. These guys were there in my time of need and with such a kind business ethic. I cannot speak more highly of these people. Thanks again, this happened 1.5 month ago.

        Bus drivers needs to do their job properly. Stop cancelling last minute! The app literally says youre arriving yet yall keep on cancelling last minute. its not nice, especially to those people who comes home late and need a ride home. This is not the first time, you all have been doing this for a while now and its just annoying. Please be considerate.
