Araluen helped me so much during a very stressful and challenging time in my life. She helped me work through my anxiety and supported me when it all seemed too much. I would recommend her to anyone seeking guidance from a councillor especially those dealing with personal or family addiction.

Ara has been a huge part of my life, helping me through some very challenging times. Times in which I felt so stuck I couldn't move forward. Ara has taught me many skills. She is extremely patient an kind. That, she is willing to share her own life experiences is what makes her so special. I contacted Araluen many months ago as I was struggling with a (long) lifetime of accumulated grief and baggage resulting in addiction and behavioral problems. Araluen assisted me in determining and separating causes from symptoms and charting a new way. Our meetings have been interesting, instructive, enjoyable and ultimately life changing. Araluen is adept, insightful and highly professional whilst radiating joy and loveliness. Quite an achievement in her profession.
