        After reviewing a case where a broker was clearly at fault and didn't follow CBAFF guidelines, they sided with the broker despite recognising the broker made a mistake which cost our business over $4500 USD in additional duties. Their pages around ethics and what you can expect from your broker are merely a marketing tool as they are not enforced on their members.
