        Showed up on the appointment time yet was informed my appointment was at a different time. The receptionist didnt even bother to apologise for their booking mistake. I took the 2-hour leave from work to book for this appointment and it is just a complete waste of time. Show ing respect to your potential customers time would be greatly appreciated.

        Very positive experience at Birkenhead with Ranee today. I had a check up and clean. Ranee was very thorough and gentle and provided very useful advice. I will happily return to Ranee for any future appointments.
