        Have recently come back to CrossFit after a break of a couple of years. I have found CrossFit Birkenhead - both coaches and members - to be super welcoming and supportive. Its a great facility and I am enjoying gradually getting myself back into it.

        Amazing place. People are fun at the cross fit. We even celebrated one of the boy's birthday at 5:30 am in the morning with cake . I am thrilled that I have joined. Training is in groups and the trainer keeps an eye on everyone, so no escape from exercise if you want to cut corners I would encourage anyone and everyone to try it out, Wallace DCosta

        Joining Crossfit Birkenhead is the best thing I have ever done. Paul and his team are very supportive and motivates me to do my best at each session. It has also helped with my overall health. I am proud to be a member of this gym. For all those who says "GYM is not my thing". It was never mine too. But I have met many wonderful people and I now can do so much more eg. walking up hill, skipping, rowing and much much more. So why not give it a go and try Crossfit Birkenhead! You will not regret it.
