I have been going to Club Physical for about three years now, and during that time, I have seen many changes in the gym around me. The equipment has gotten better and the cleanliness of the changing rooms have improved dramatically. I love working out at Club Physical because it is a place where I can be myself and not have to worry about what others think of me. It is a place where I can forget about the stresses of everyday life and just focus on working out. It has helped me become more confident in my own skin, as well as helping me lose weight and get in shape. The staff at Club Physical are very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable and they know how to motivate me in order for me to achieve my fitness goals. They always have suggestions on how to improve my fitness level and they are always willing to help me with anything that I need. Extremely grateful. 4.5 Stars. Would recommend. Only downside is that Club Physical is not a 24 hour gym, otherwise I would give 5 stars. x
