        Had an incredible experience once again with Anna, she did my hair 2 months ago and I just came back to her for a trim and a root touch up and was super happy with it. Anna never fails to provide great customer service, she even made me tea, felt like I was in a cozy cafe! I have to say the whole team is lovely too :)

        I took kerasilk treatment on 1 January and paid $285. After first wash with kerasilk products my hairs were looking rough, freezy no change. Hair stylist adviced me to use kerasilk shampoo and conditioner for better results. Then I paid extra $90 to get those products from somewhere. When I got the same treatment last time here it stayed 7 to 8 months but this time, it is actually something wrong with their products.
