Richard was a pleasure to deal with as he was responsive and had his eye on the detail. He was practical in his approach and came up with some great ideas for our smallish renovation project. On time and budget. We are extremely happy with the outcome.

Thank you so much for your services over this last year. Its been really reassuring that you have been managing the project for us. There is no way that we could have done this on our own. We have also been very impressed with the tradies that you have doing the work. All of them have been polite and professional young men and I have been happy to have them in our home please pass on our thanks to them and their managers. Special mention to Ian whom I have enjoyed the friendly banter with and who has gone above and beyond to make sure that we are happy, gave some good advice and could recognise that maybe we needed the extra help Finally, we LOVE our new home. Richard and his team have just finished recladding and remodeling the upper level of our 2 story house and we couldn't be happier with the results. From council plans submission through to completion Richard made the process as simple as possible, was easy to deal with and was always happy to accommodate our last minute adjustments and additions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Smith & Sons and we will be using them again in the future when we do the ground floor.
