Been going here for many years but recently really disappointed in the lack of order with being served. Maybe they prioritise certain customers over others now instead of first come first serve.

Standards have gone down a lot. Always out of stock of products. Pie unit is always empty and very few parks out the shop as all used by staff leaving nothing for customers

Good service, helpful staff. The toilets were really dirty. Not cleaned for days maybe weeks

I've been using this gas station for years and haven't had any problem. Today I ran outta gas in hinemoa street. I phoned and explained my situation n asked the staff if I catch an Uber to BP mokoia if they have a petrol can I could rent. The lady on the other end of the phone said yes. We have,you can,come please.I proceeded to mokoia BP in the Uber and was told on arrival that they cannot do,I explained that I called and enquired and then they said no one's called here so I showed them my call log the Chinese man then said no we don't get out my store if you not buy my manager not here and not my problem he then sold me a tin at $40 plus gas and then told me I was mistaken. Please do something about the lack of English speaking staff and clean your filthy toilets
