A crucial service to our Beachhaven Village. Dominic is always cheerful friendly and helpful. Plays a huge part in the community and has given his time /funds for many years to provide Christmas Lunch for the elderly. He has gone over and above for many years with service provided often helping me wrap packages and even at times finding free packaging when I had none. Also parking at front door makes access easy especially for the elderly AA+++

Owner has decided to stop support for parcel postage, so only tracked envelopes are available. On a different occasion I paid for overnight delivery of a tracked envelope but it did not arrive till 3 days later. Enquired with NZ Post and was told that it had not been made available for collection. On the most recent occasion I went in there, the owner was very rude that I had my dog and a pram with me even tho I've been in the shop with my dog for the past three years and it was never an issue. Very disappointed in the customer service from the owner who does not appear to recognize the important role in the community a post shop has. Sincerely hope a more decent person takes over the business and starts providing customer service that up to 21st century standard. Until that happens my parcels will go through other NZ post branches. What a shame.
