        Was served by a bloke, who took about 1 min to even notice I was standing at the counter because he was on his phone and had his earphones in. He then proceeded to accept the supposedly relative simple job of replacing my watch battery. Was told to come back in 10mins - which I did. Only to be told he couldn't do it. I then took the watch to mister minnet who proceed to successfully change the battery, and advise me that the previous bloke had damaged my watch. The guy at Keytonics left scratches and a gouge in the backside of my watch. Highly DO NOT recommend this service.

        He persisted and even came out and checked the car, re-cut the key and double checked everything was working properly. A++ service on a difficult job.
