The rooms arent clean. Hair on bed sheets, black stuff (looks kinda like Foot steps On Bedsheets). One Of the pillow Case had Blood stains & another had moldy Dots on it. tables were very dirty, we wiped it ourselves & the wet sheets turned all dusty grey brown. glad we brought wet wipes due to covid to wipe surfaces! & our own bedsheets as it was a stay for more than a week. 1 extra star just for the service provided.

I did not stay here, but rather tried to make a booking for a group of 12 women. After several messages over a few weeks, I finally got a response this morning that was totally rude and unprofessional. I was accused of sending "random messages" and told that I didn't exist. They had my correct phone number and email address. I was appalled to be treated to rudely by someone in the hospitality business. My husband called her from my phone and asked her to please call me and sort it. She didn't, but rather sent me a text justifying herself. I see from the reviews others have also been treated badly. No doubt they will reply and tell me it was all my fault, but I'm sorry - no excuse for not replying to messages and being so rude and unprofessional. No excuse for making it personal and telling me that I don't exist.
