Went in for an urgent repair of my glasses frame. Excellent and professional services I received from the lady at the front desk. She was very willing to help and actually went of of her way to assist me. She was so genuine and friendly. The issue was sorted within 5 mins. I was really impressed and appreciative of her assistance. Thank you very much. This shop is inside the Mall which means plenty under cover parking as well as get your shopping down at the Countdown. Highly recomended to others for a visit and I am sure you will receive great services from the business.

I recommend this place to all and sundry. Excellent manner. You find out all your options. Not forced into anything. Fantastic range of frames at really decent prices.

Peter is an outstanding optometrist. He is technically and medically highly skilled but is also kind, caring, informative and shows a high level of honesty and integrity in every aspect of what he does. Over the years Peter has provided services to a number of my family members, including myself. Today he saw my 96 year old mother and was amazing as always! I cannot recommend Peter and the team at Birkenhead Centre Optometrists highly enough. Thank you for your exceptional service.
