The most unprofessional Micky mouse bunch of no-hope, I've ever dealt with and I live in west Auckland. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE (ALIVE OR DEAD ONES) MY 15 YR OLD BICHON has a grade 6 (the very worst kind) heart murmur and one foot in the grave, the results of the procedure at...(SOUTH)Parkhill vets was to determine exactly what medication to an administrator so we could give her the best quality of life she could have with the time she has left, and just quietly had hopes of prolonging her life as well. So we make the journey in peak hr traffic from west Auckland to Birkenhead and get there b4 9 am long story short they took my sick shaking 90yr old love of my life off me and said to come back at2.... at 12 or 1 I get a phone call saying sorry the woman who was doing the test never turned up and is unreachable so all they did was lock her in a cage four 4 hrs and that's it.... only a sorry and a next available appointment is about a month away...(borderline malpractice inappropriate and careless) lastly I was quoted near $800 however when I turned up I was told my dog would need bloods done otherwise couldn't do procedure?, and that was going to be and extra $100.. shouldn't such an important factor already be wagered into the cost?????.. SEEMS ONE BUSINESS IS TRYING TO CASH IN ON THE POOR EMOTIONAL OWNER WHO WOULD GIVE A RIGHT LEG AT THE TIME TO SAVE A LOVED ONE... IMMORAL...DISRESPECTFUL DISGUSTING, don't they have to take some Hippocratic oath being medical professionals... they should all be ashamed...
