        Fernhill Cottages were a perfect find for us. We sold our house, hadn't brought our next home and needed accommodation for almost 3 months - with a dog! It was great to find something so close to where we previously lived and where we worked, but to be able to have our dog with us was the biggest thing. The cottage we stayed in was perfectly comfortable, with Sky Tv, power and water provided. We had extra's like a BBQ, storage and carport also. Colin and Kirsty are excellent hosts and ensured that we had everything we needed. It's a magical spot and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again or recommend it.

        We stayed at Fernhill Cottages during our transition from Christchurch to Auckland. We are a family including two dogs and what a fabulous place to stay with your fur babies. The cottages are cosy and welcoming and offer everything you should need for a very comfortable stay. The park like grounds are so peaceful and full of birdsong and a wonderful place to walk your dog or for your cat to roam and play. We have very fond memories of staying at Fernhill and wouldnt hesitate in recommending it. Thank you so much Colin and Kirsty :)
