Lavender Hill Accommodation

We hosted our wedding at Lavender Hill and Trish and her husband were amazing! Trish kept in contact prior to the day, answering all our questions and they mowed the grass and had everything looking perfect for us. The actual accomodation is super luxurious, the beds are The breakfast Trish left for us was great, home baked bread and fresh plums as well as eggs and cereals, more then enough for us for the entire weekend. I would highly recommend booking for a weekend away, or for an event like us! We will definitely be back in the future.

Highly recommend staying here. Extremely comfortable accommodation in a beautiful setting amongst the lavender and olive trees - so relaxing! Each room was thoughtfully decorated and had its own bathroom with great showers. The host, Trish, made us feel very welcome. We appreciated all the little details that made it a special stay, including a gin tasting, a wonderful spread of breakfast, fresh flowers, fruit and chocolate. Can't wait to come back.

Our two families with kids aged 5, 12 and 17 had a lovely relaxing 2 nights' stay after a hectic road trip. Trish is so welcoming, she gave great dining recommendations (we had a wonderful dinner at the historic tavern). We enjoyed the tour of the farm and bought lovely gifts of lavender honey and limoncello for the family back home. It's been about ten days since we left, and we are missing Lavender Hill and the big, bright stars. We will be back! Thank you, Trish!

This is a very special place to stay if you are looking to get away from the Auckland bustle or for a few days quiet rest ahead of a wedding. Trish was very welcoming and is an excellent host. The space is roomy, tidy and well appointed. The breakfast is generous much like Trish as a host. Taxis are no issue just book ahead. The gin tasting experience is a must, very worthwhile and enjoyable
