This company claims to have a professional and highly trained team, stating they are one of the most experienced and trusted gutter repair companies in Auckland on their website. They quoted my job after a full assessment and property inspection, then started the job before realising access for their quoted equipment may not be possible. They subsequently advised we needed to incur additional costs to ensure safe access. At a cost of $1000.00 we trimmed a number of trees to allow alternative equipment. Their supervisor confirmed they could proceed and the job was rescheduled, but again they have advised the alternative equipment is not viable. For a professional company, how can they get it so wrong! The owner and team became difficult to communicate with avoiding my email, and after follow-up have now advised they are simply walking away from the job. Richelle Scott

Got a house wash this December 2021. Thanks to the guys who did an awesome job and the property tidy. House looks very clean.

After 3 years I will be going back to my previous providermy beautifully landscaped area particularly my paved and concrete areas have deteriorated to the point where I require a professional cleaner to bring back to standardsimply spraying a moss and mould product on a dirty surface (as recommended by your company) is insufficientthe pricing is also excessive, for less than 1 hour 30 mins spent on site for 2 technicians, I was charged $731 for the house wash incl courtyard area, gutter clean and the moss and mould treatment (the house is very small and on a cross lease site)the time spent on the job reflected in the sub standard clean I received. In reply to your comment below, yes you are correct it is not about the money, however I would have preferred a sufficient clean without the 10% discount offered as compensation for the sub standard clean received. It is an inconvenience to have to get the work redone to a maintain the standard of my property. Effectively you are charging $487.60 per hour for 2 technicians, for this price I would have expected an exceptional cleannot what I received!

WORST COMPANY EVER!! Never Approach to them, Avoid them asap. They changed gutter for us years ago, They installed the gutter and made it lower than our neighours and connected them all. Almost all the rain from the whole block then passed down to our stormpipes.Only minor amount go through neighbours stormwater pipe .It results in our soakhole broken during years of huge amount of rain flush and even damage to our foundation!! It's totally nightmare you found out all these when you involved Engineer, Plumber/drainage, builder and roofer, paid huge amount of money and finally the reason is due to Supercity's gutter install!! Won't even give them one star if we could. Update: see what they response to these true bad feebacks, " no records of you being unhappy at the time and you paid your account without any queries."It is a courtesy for your customers pay you on time, it's not an excuse of you granted you're doing "good"job! Some problems just take over years to appear and to us, it's hidden underground. Until recently we suffered the damage, paid to those specialists to find out the reason. If you're unqualified, just leave the market don't ruin other's life.
