He has been very responsive and agile through the COVID disruptions. Their knowledge of pool design and their construction is excellent and they have worked in closely with the other contractors and our engineer. Thanks Pools by Design for our new pool!         We did a lot of research before building our concrete pool. There are several other well known firms on google who came to see us however Pools By Design were the only firm that turned up when they said that would, quoted a price that was in line with the pool we wanted to build. After giving us that confidence they then managed the project for us from start to finish. Everything was available from digging the foundations to arranging the best pool cover. We now have a wonderful pool that we are very happy with, would use them again if we build another pool and will be recommending them to any friends who are building a pool.
