Quality service and work. Took my guitar and transformed it into the guitar I always dreamed it to be. Plays better now than it did when I first got it 11 years ago. Total gamechanger! Worth every cent!

A good guitar tech is like a doctor or a dentist, once you find a good one, you stick with them..... This gentleman isn't a just good tech, he is friggin' great...!! After 32 years with my strat, trusting it only to the great Jim Mouradian in Boston, who we all miss dearly, (and yes, Dominic Frizzi of Third Floor Guitars, I would be visiting you if I was still in Boston) I did a lotta research down here in NZ and finally found someone who seemed just right. The experience was way better than expected. Am pleasantly surprised to find someone on the other side of the planet with very similar levels of care, honesty, enthusiasm and unnatural skills as Jim. And, like Jim he makes his own guitars.... Andries has an enthusiasm and attention to detail that was very reassuring, and is more than happy to explain any aspects of his work. He rescued my strat from the last beyond mediocre neck attachment and poor setup that I had done last time I travelled from US back to NZ and it's playing the best it has in years. And he LISTENS (!!!) to you as a musician, and recognizes that each guitar player is different, has different ways of playing etc. And man, he does Beautiful work....!!

Wouldn't take my instruments to anyone else. Very fortunate to have Andries living locally, he is very passionate about his instruments and while running a business is also honing his craft constantly. The prices, quality of workmanship and the quick turnaround time make Andries the obvious pick and if you ask any local they will surely point you in his direction. I don't often leave reviews, but I feel compelled to give credit where it is due in this instance. Would give more stars if I could. Thank you Andries for all of your hard work.
