        So I usually love Harrys but my experience that I had today means that I wont be back for a while. I placed an order online to collect at 7pm (I even double checked the confirmation email), and when I collected it at 7, the younger member of staff was hospitable but the older gentleman there was not. And also when I went to eat it was cold. From also the email that I received when I got back it turns out it was made and ready to pick up since 6:20. Only thing is I had order it to pick up at 7 as I couldnt get there beforehand. Was very disappointed. Also the chips despite being cold were nice but the burger was tasteless. For $20 bucks was not even worth it.

        These guys used to be a lot better. Nit sure if its new owners or what. Went there because they used to be good . But we wouldnt go there again . Its a shame.
