We have been working with Jonathan and Abbie for almost a year. They are a very professional and effective team. They managed to rent our property despite the pandemic. They have great taste if there is need to rent furniture from them. They are very well connected with corporate clientele. Jonathan kept up checking and managing work at the property even at times when is was vacant. We felt their commitment towards our house. It is a pleasure to work with them. Jonathan responded very quickly to my request. I called him in relation to a vacant property which we were having difficulty letting ourselves. He immediately went around and viewed and made quick recommendations on how to present it better and find a tenant. Which he then went on to actually do. He was in constant contact and organised some improvements and tidying up of the property. Then he found and signed a new tenant. I was totally delighted with his speed of response and results. We had had the property empty for some time, and as I live a long way away from Auckland, he was able to quickly and efficiently solve our problem. Well doneJonathan!!! Highly recommended.

Jonathan has been excellent to work with. We live out of town and needed help to find new tenants and he went above and beyond to help us, including organising and coordinating suppliers to come into the property to get it ready for our new tenants, finding the new tenants and doing all the required checks and contracts. He had a proactive approach, thinking of all the steps ahead of us and communicating well throughout the process. I would highly recommend Jonathan and Vic Road Property Management. I've been in service based industries most of my career and his service is the definition of what excellent service actually looks and feels like.
