I recently had the pleasure of dining at Manuka and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The first dish I tried was the Chef Chowder, a delicious seafood soup that was bursting with flavor. The combination of mussels, scallops, clams, salmon and tarakihi made for a truly unique and delicious seafood medley. The soup was perfectly seasoned and the cibatta on the side was a great complement. My partner had the Woodfired Tandoori Chicken Pizza, which was simply outstanding. The crust was thin and crispy, and the toppings were generous and flavorful. The tandoori chicken was perfectly cooked and had a great smoky flavor that paired perfectly with the creamy cheese and fresh vegetables. Overall, I would highly recommend Manuka to anyone looking for a great meal. The Chef Chowder and Woodfired Tandoori Chicken Pizza are both must-tries. The service was also excellent, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I cannot wait to go back!
