Highly recommend Design Air company air conditioner , the manager director Johnathan, Nilesh and Aditya the installer did a very good Job. Tidy and kind people, very happy to deal with them again.

One of our heat pumps was showing large drops of water on. the fines and these were dripping on to the furniture below. We contacted Design Air via e-mail, late on a Monday evening At 8 am the next day, we had a telephone response and an appointment was made for a serviceman to call that day. The serviceman arrived a little earlier than planned and addressed the problem. Apparently the humidity had caused excess condensation so everything was dried and the heat pump turned on again. It was a successful outcome, executed promptly and positively, I have found that Design Air has always provided very high quality service and I highly recommend this company if you are needing any heat pump advice or service.

DesignAir installed a unit in our house. John was awesome to deal with, and the guys doing the install were professional and respectful. Whole process was easy and I will recommend this company to everyone I know.
