        I brought our car in November 2022 and had to wait for more than 3 months for all the towbar parts to be ready for fitting. During this time, I had to chase the progress myself with several phone calls and messages. I was initially planning to give a very negative review. However, I must mention that Travis Cross, the General Manager Aftersales, was truly awesome. He was super friendly and helpful. If I were to rate the service we received from Travis alone, it would undoubtedly be a 5-star experience.

        Absolutely amazing service. The older gentleman in the service team listened to my issue, took down my details and advised someone would be out to look at my car shortly. True to his words, Arthur showed up to take my car inside the warehouse. I waited for about 30mins and it was all done. These 2 gentlemen Arthur and the service team guy, had phenomenal customer service. Explained what had been done and gave reassurance everything would be fine and they were glad to help.
