I took my car for a diagnosis after it was not running well they told me they weren't sure on the issue and it needed further investigation I mentioned it also needed a service and oil change they took advantage of that straight away and it was expensive, whether they did a proper oil change Ill never know and then after they did the service they then explained there was a problem with the engine which would be a further extortionate cost for them to look at further and then the car completely would not start at all, they wanted paying for the service and oil change which they shouldn't have done in the first place until they fixed the original problem, I was left with a undrivable car they didn't offer any compensation or apology just , here is your car that wont start and youll have to pay for a tow truck to collect it, frankly I regret ever taking my car to them in the first place as it was running before I took it there . Would not recommend them at all, Id rather just breakdown on the side of the road then have these pretend to look at it and charge me ridiculous amounts.Not honest mechanics.
