Wanted some floor mats. Went through the website only to be told there was a problem with my address, please call. Called them and was told the problem is we are RD. Why is that a problem? Was told the website does not work properly and it is in the 'to hard basket' to fix - not great to hear. Was offered freight at $25 on top of $376 mats. Yeah right! Seems this company is interested in the easy sales and not customer service. Happy to buy if you can fix your website and offer customer service until then anyone who lives RD and drives a Ute good luck!

WARNING DISAPPOINTING LET DOWN - $277.50 bill for cable ties I purchased an Aeroklas Stylish Canopy for my Ranger mid-2021. My ute developed a rattle shortly after the canopy install but because it was heard from within the dash, I assumed it was a Ford issue and decided to address it at its first 15,000km service. For Ford to isolate where a rattle in the dash would be coming from that required pulling the dash apart. Ford pulled apart the dash to find everything in order but instead found Custom Utes canopy wiring looms/relays sitting on the wheel bay unsecured. Fords technician secured them and theres been no rattle ever since! Custom Utes didnt secure their wires during the install so I had to pay Ford $277.50 for a few cable ties and wasted time. Custom Utes refused to cover the cost instead said anything could have happened between install and now so it's not a warranty issue. They even suggested that I drove my truck through rugged terrain its 2WD. Ive never touched their wires, Ive had no need to open my bonnet, the ute was brand new. Ive seen a photo of how Custom Utes installers are expected to secure their wires and unless I took to my ute with a crowbar its impossible for them to have come loose (if they were secured that is). Also, after Custom Utes leading installer and workshop manager installed and signed off the canopy, to close the rear window that required firm force otherwise it wouldnt fully close. The rear window leaked while the ute was parked and travelling in the rain. Had to give a 1 star just to post a review.
