Visited on the 14th of April and contacted them online that evening but have not heard back, then done another email the following week and still have not heard back. I went for 3 services of waxing, first two were fine but then the lady done my eyebrows and I thought she was getting soothing cream to put on my eyebrows so I still had my eyes closed but I felt hot wax go on my upper lip. I was quite annoyed about this but didn't say anything because what could she do when she's already put it on. After she left the room I checked the mirror and my eyelid had been cut twice from when she was threading. I have tried to get in contact but no one is getting back to me which is very annoying.

Went in to get my eyelash extensions done on Monday the lady there was lovely. But the extensions werent very good, half have fallen out within a day, the glue was applied directly to my eyelashes. Not happy with the outcome.

I came yesterday to allure with damaged yellow brassy ugly looking hair, I met Ruywaida , she fixed my hair with her magic hands and the right toner . She is really smart , talented and knows how to deal with customers and make them leave happy.
