Had an awesome experience with Nikki (apologies if I have the spelling wrong) and the delivery/installation guys were absolute legends. Will only buy my beds here in future. I really urge you to give them a try, they are everything that is great about family owned stores.

We have just brought our 8th bed from Niki and Kelli at Dream Beds. Our entire family from ourselves, Grandparents, our daughters as well as our niece are all sleeping soundly on beds that were perfectly selected with the help of Niki and Kelli. Once again the process was made easy with these ladies who take customer care to the next level. The bed and base was delivered within 2 weeks of ordering absolutely outstanding. Then the delivery by Jay and his team was as always smooth and with a smile. Truly why would anyone bother looking anywhere else. Thanks ladies

Dream Beds in every way - dream service, delivery and bed. Thank you so much Niki and your team, you knew exactly what we needed and the budget we had. My guests are sleeping so well on the bed, I am afraid they won't leave.....! I highly recommend this team.

Kelli is amazing and she's been very helpful since the moment I stepped into the store with my kids. She was very understanding and sorted the delay related issue immediately, we didn't even have to worry for a minute. Thank you so much for your great customer service and kids love their new beds :)
