        Good enough service, sent with NZ Couriers but they authorised relabelling and delivery to PO Box anyway without issue, took a couple days longer because of that. Would be so nice if companies just used NZ Post for PO Box deliveries from the outset instead of being handled by two different couriers.

        After 2 weeks of no delivery I asked for a status update of our order, only to be told they are out of stock and wont be able to fulfill the order. When, if at all, were they going to let us know this? Disorganised company.
