        Excellent service! Len was incredibly helpful in assisting us to get the kids ready for school camp. This is the third time we have used Auckland Backpack. It is an excellent alternative to buying costly camping gear, especially as the kids grow out of their clothes so quickly Len is extremely knowledgeable about the camping locations around New Zealand and the requirements needed to keep safe, warm and well equipped 5 stars - highly recommended

        Terribly rude man and uncaring. We were late returning Backpack on Monday night as our father in Middlemore hospital, tried again on Tuesday Morning at 9am, people there but no one answered door. We sent a text message and called to arrange drop off again, we were at hospital meeting with Doctors re our Father so arranged to drop off Wednesday morning. He then Charged us a Late fee of $32. We will never use this company again. Update: Now he has sent me a threatening email re my review as the director of this company. Confirms my original assessment.
