Dale is a very good human being and with amazing customer service. I went to this place with an urgent request and he didn't just accommodated my request but also didn't charge anything. However, I will repay him one way or another. Highly recommended.

Helpful on the phone, but the web shop guy is not always available. Webstore isn't accurate on price or in-stock.

This place is not worth even 1 star, the worst experience I ever had. I rang them, Billy answered on a Tuesday and said that they would send someone out on the Friday morning, Friday afternoon he turned up, obviously not knowing what he was doing, I got a message from him saying that my vehicle could not be repaired because of the location ( in front of my house on the street). He then charged me almost $300 for 2 hours traveling and on site. They are about 4 km from my place. So I asked him if I could pay it in payments, he agreed and I paid $40, the next week I paid $50 because of hardship at the moment with my business after a covit knock. He then went and took the full amount out of my credit card. I had to go back to my son in Auckland and found this out after my card declined at the pump up north. I have never seen any such inhumane behavior in business. Really a sick place.
