The staff have always been kind to me and I think I might have had 6+ calls to them over the duration of my contract. I did pay it off early though and saved some money. I missed one payment and they said all good, nothing to stress about, dont even worry about it. I like Thorn/DTR and I didnt even know DTR is apart of Thorn Finance but I do now. The only thing I didnt like was the interest rate and I am only guessing it was like that because lack of credit history. Not sure but they are still good. Be kind

Absolutely love thorn finance, would definitely recommend.. they are so lovely too deal with and very helpful! As I had trouble once with my bill, and they did everything possible to make things super easy on me!! Ive been with thorn finance cmoming up three years now! Would never go anywhere else

Staff were really ratchet. I borrowed 13k and got charged 24k for a 2011 Suzuki. I didn't find out until I went home to read through the documents. Wasn't given time to read through the contract when I went to the dealership. I was told If i returned the car they would sell it off and I'd still have repay the remaining balance. I wasn't allowed to give my contract to anyone else either. The worst mistake I've ever made in my life. To top it off my insurance reckons I'll get only 7k for it. I'm so dumb. The dealer will try to get you to sign the contract quickly before you get a chance to read through it. Very rude staff, they threatened to charge me more money if I was late on payments. As if the price wasn't already ridiculous. Worst culture of people, if you're a first time buyer they will take advantage of it. Be careful.
