James is a fantastic practitioner, he focuses on your specific areas of pain whilst also taking into account your whole spinal alignment. His adjustments are targeted and subtle in that every adjustment is made with a specific intention and adjustment specific force, unlike some chiro's I've visited who have gone to town on my spine. He is really friendly and offers great advice on how best to look after your back in between sessions. Can't recommend highly enough!

Dr James is a great practitioner!! He's always so friendly, listens to patient's complaints, pain or any changes in their bodies at each adjustment/appointment. I know for sure he doesn't do this with just me, but my mother too. If one adjustment method is too painful he'll change to a another one so it's not so sore. Along with treatment Dr James also suggests and recommends exercises/stretches to help the body relax, target sore muscles and not be so tensed up and ache all the time. I really enjoy having a chat during each appointment. The practise itself is in a clean building, it's small but cosy (upstairs unit in an building block). There's ample parking as well, shops nearby and some restaurants next door so it's convenient.
