Heads up to the retailer counter guys and workshop staff in Allens Rd, East Tamaki for helping us with a tricky warranty situation. They came through with flying colours and looked after us with a smile and 1,000% fantastic customer service. They went the extra mile to protect their brand customer service and we really appreciated you going the extra mile. Colleen & Karn . Just awesome !!!

Took my waster blaster into today as was having an issue. Guy who helped was a legend, found it was my fault and replaced a small part and applied some grease to help in the future. Service as it used to be.

We brought a Karcher water blaster after speaking directly with their rep (Phil). The hose lasted 4 weeks of minimal use before splitting in two places. Phil stated it is not a warranty claim as "the hose shouldn't be bent around the corner of a building" something I would have thought would be a minimum requirement for a basic water blaster. We will have to cover the repair, sell then look to purchase a Sthil as the pervious one lasted 7 years under the same conditions for similar $.

It's not worth to buy cheep or midle range Karcher, it has one and only service in Auckland, and if they need to fix any smaller problem, just too much$$. I did tryed send an email, but the email address what you have here isn't working.
