The cheapest opportunity shop to buy clothes. I bought 7 garments. The ladies that work there are very pleasant & helpful. The shop is kept very clean & tidy. Easy to get parking there.Leonie Revell

I was an avid customer of vinnies since moving to flatbush 3 years ago. Coming back it was FRUSTRATING. So unwelcoming and very disrespectful. The two old ladies (manager herself and the lady whos always at the counter) were extremely rude especially to my daughter who the manager has spoken very unkindly to sign herself in manually. My daughter did as told right after I signed in via mobile phone. Upon paying for the other stuff, I was asked of an item I still want to think about (if my daughter wants it or what) and the manager and counter girl went out and was looking for a $3 christmas tin can, asking me where it was and searching for it. Assumingly making us feel we stole it! Told her I returned it in the bookshelf/christmas decor area and she whispered ashamely thank you. Very very horrible staff! I should have read the review before me. Never again Vinnies! Might as well close down if you treat people this way!

SO INFURIATED WITH THE STAFF! DON'T BOTHER GOING TO THIS SHOP! I took my mum here to pick out a few things and were practically harassed and disrespected by two older ladies who worked there. I scanned my covid app before entering but mum didn't have her phone so I said I'd sign her in as we leave (considering we are together anyway and it's a tiny store one way in and out) the two old ladies were extremely disrespectful and rude, talking over me and forced me to sign in to the point where we couldn't even stay in the shop i get personally attacked for no reason!!. I signed in and scanned my covid app and we were chased straight out without having a chance to even look at anything. It's my mum's 65th birthday and I wanted to have a good day with her but they completely ruined our mood and day. They practically chased away their customers at the door! Like crows on a scarecrow waiting to attack! It was horrible! I never wanna go there again!
