The waitress put of a bottle of ice water on our table when we arrived but with no glasses for a group of 7 of us until over 20 minutes later. (During that time, we thought the glasses would come soon but it didn't, we were looking around asking for glasses and the waiter was playing with his phone, then he told us that the glasses are still waiting to be cleaned.) We ordered only 1 small cup of coffee for our table but the waitress thought we ordered 3 drinks, 15 minutes later, a waitress bought over 2 plates of food which weren't ours. Later on, finally the correct plates of food has arrived but one of the order was missing. So there was another 10 minutes of wait and the waitress later has requested us to pay the kids meal as we were leaving the restaurant as it hasn't been paid. (not sure how they missed it when we ordered the food) the lunch menu's food was too small in portions compared to the pricing on the menus. One of us ordered the Ribs for lunch $25 but there was only 3 pieces of ribs on the plate with a coleslaw salad. Woofly's Fried Chicken seems to be one of their signature dish, but seems like the chicken isn't as tender and moist as I'd expect it to be, Don't think I'd be returning for now. Service wasn't great and waiter/waitress dropped of incorrect drinks and food to our table. Order hasn't taken down properly, food portions are too small for the price we paid.
