Definitely won't be ordering from here again. I was sent the wrong items, ordered 6kg of flour and received 2kg of the wrong kind. It was badly packaged and spilled all over everything when I opened the courier bag. When I emailed the response was immediate but rude, only saying they thought it was weird (seemed to be implying I was lying). Then I sent pictures, and didn't hear back for 4 days until I followed up. Was then told I couldn't be sent a new order, and would only get a partial refund. The flour is still for sale on their site so I don't know why it couldn't be sent our. So I ended up paying for something I didn't order, can't use, and that spilled all over my kitchen due to poor packaging.

I ordered from this place via The Market and it is honestly the worst place I have ever ordered from! Multiple things were wrong with my order, for example I had ordered 700g of smooth peanut butter and was instead given 228g of crunchy peanut butter, the 250ml of maple syrup I ordered was less than 250ml, apples arrived blemished and almost rotting, most of the pears I had ordered were starting to rot, onions I ordered were rotten all the way to the middle! Order at your own risk.

I love this place. A great variety of organic items for the cupboards. The eggs they stock are delicious. We shop organic and support local as much as possible so will be regular customers. The owner is genuine in her approach to provide organic food sustainably sourced and is very eco conscious. Keep up the awesome work!
