Laptop screen was completely broken. We first went to PB tech and they said it would take 3 weeks. We called Billy at 6pm and he offered to come pick up the laptop at that time and to try get the repair done that night. But instead we dropped it off at his place the next day, and a few hours later the laptop was ready to be picked up. Outstanding service and reasonable price for the time and quality. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Billy.

BLOODY COMPUTERS SAVED THE DAY! Thank you so much for the incredible service. My child's laptop died right in the middle of school assessments. A quick call to Billy and within a couple of hours he hand delivered a reasonably priced / great quality rental machine. THANKS BILLY, you really did take the stress out of the situation while we got ours repaired. Would definitely recommend to others.

Highly Recommended! I was in urgent need of IT support for crucial information on a laptop that unfortunately crashed - the biggest issue being that I needed for it to be fixed within a 12 hour window as I was travelling overseas for a long period of time (and needed this important information during my travel). I had contacted 4 different IT support companies, and nobody was able to help out in this tight time frame. But Billy (from Blood Computers LTD) came through, he was prompt, professional, sorted the issue out, backed up my files (all at a very reasonable price), within 2 hours of contacting him.
