        Don't order from farmers online!! Most businesses will pack your order within 24 hours. It has been 4 working days and my order hasn't even been looked at. If I knew it would have taken this long I would have ordered click and collect.

        Dont buy from Farmers online their processing times are beyond a joke. Its been three weeks and they still havent sent my small item that would take moments to pick off a shelf and send. Id prefer just to cancel & refund at this point but they dont pick up their phones either.

        The worst customer service I have experienced in my life. Never will I order anything from farmers online again. Have waited over 3 weeks for a microwave that we bought on Black Friday sales. They have not responded to a single email and the wait times on the phone for support had been over 25 mins where I have given up. Appalling. Wish Albany home store had the model we wanted and we could avoided this shambles. Unfortunately as lovely as Albany staff are they cant get hold of linking famers as well. Bloody joke.
